Refunds & Cancellation

This page covers what happens to your money. It restates the billing section of the Terms of Service, which remains the governing document.
Who you are paying
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and are the seller for the transaction itself. Refunds are issued through them. The service is built and run by Garv Nanwani, an independent developer based in India.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time — there is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
- Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not pro-rated. Cancelling mid-month does not refund the remainder of that month.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- When a plan lapses or a payment fails, the account returns to the free tier. Your data is not deleted. Your conversations, memory and scheduled agents are still there if you come back.
Refunds
- If the service materially failed to work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and it will be dealt with fairly.
- Tell me what you tried to do and what happened instead. That is genuinely all the process there is — there is no form.
- Approved refunds are returned through Dodo to the original payment method. How long it then takes to appear is your bank’s timing, not mine — typically 5–10 business days.
- The free tier exists so you can find out whether this is useful before paying. Please use it.
What is not refunded
The assistant is powered by language models and can be confidently wrong — that is a documented property of the product, described plainly in the Terms, not a fault to be refunded against. Time already served on a plan is not refunded when you simply stop using it; cancel instead, and the renewal will not happen.
Price changes
Prices and plan limits may change with at least 30 days’ notice in the app. If a change does not suit you, cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged the new amount.
